Easy to install and the colors are beautiful!

I love these! They have a built in timer, if you choose, you can set them and they will come on every night, by themselves. I believe they run for 6 hours. They take 4 AA batteries. Even in the winter with them coming on nightly, they last quite awhile. I don't know how well you can see the ones in the tree in front yard, but they are really cute. I have those like example ones, like a firework but the ones I have on the side of my house hanging on the winter empty flower hangers. I have those in balls right now. Also the lights on house are from Amazon. We love them. We've had a Valentine's Deco on for February. All these lights have 8 features, even the house lights. These are battery and electric but I also have 3 new solar lights. We own an acre and a half of property. We love Amazon's outdoor light options. Especially these ones! You can easily hang them anywhere! The weight at top and hook hang them securely anywhere you please!

There are 2 remotes for the 2 items but one remote works for both. However, I like a solid mode #8 and eventually it changes to another mode.. not happy about that. Had a timer too but I haven’t tried that feature because they are battery op. And in case I don’t want to use up the batteries. They were not included! But I like them a lot. The brightness is pretty good considering the lights are so tiny!

These are bright, colorful, quite animated, and fun to watch. The are also very energy efficient. A set of alkaline batteries lasts over two months. The timer works correctly. And they remember their setting across power downs. The wire on one of them became loose and it stopped working. But I'm not going to fault the product since I have these outside and the wind tend to bat them around a bit. It was easy to remove the plastic connector attaching the lighted wire and re-solder the loose connection. It's operating again. The battery cases on these are pretty waterproof. So the electronics are well protected.

I ordered this set to add a little color to the white ones that I already have. They arrived on time, simple instructions & they do take 4 AA batteries. The first thing I noticed was the AA battery is hard to get into the slots (the battery is fatter than the slot). It took some extra pressure to get it wiggled in there without breaking anything. Take your time on folding each strand to make a ball (or whatever shape you like). I also found 2 strands on each unit that didn't light up at all (once you hang them up you can't tell). Bright light, colorful, easy to hang up. I purchased another 4 pk from another company without any issues. I'm giving this 2 pk only 3 stars due to the 4 strands that don't light up & the difficulty of getting the batteries in (battery pack doesn't have to be so small). Update: I purchased these 11/30 used Energizer Max batteries, its 12/22 and these are dead. They only run 6-10pm per night (4 hours). Not good, didn't even get 1 month before they used up the batteries (Yes they were new batteries). The other brand I bought is still going, same batteries & same hours.

Perfect fireworks addition to our Lego castle! The lights are adjustable by bending wire. The light wire is thin but able to support it's weight. Very easy to bump and move though. 50 light strands of lights if I counted right.The hanging wire is only about a foot so luckily for our application it was long enough to hide the battery pack. The battery pack has a hook on it to hang.2 remotes are included but each one can control both lights if the remote is pointed at both lights. Don't think the lights could be controlled independently if they're near each other since the remote can turn both on at the same time.Overall great for us!

The only reason I put 1 star is because of the false advertising. Main picture shows V-shaped ends. It is not what you're getting. 200 LEDs but no V-shape ends, as it is shown on the rest of the pictures.Otherwise it is a great lights if you can connect it to the DC power supply.I have those for 2+ years, and yes, if you use batteries, it will go out pretty fast. Battery compartment is in the air tight chamber, together with the control board, so the gas, that being released from the batteries due to the temperature changes has no way to escape and it is destroys internal components (similar problem is in the flashlights).So it is true. Batteries die super fast and also destroys everything inside.I had a small 10w solar panel, 12v 5AH AGM , solar charge controller and 12V-6V 3A transformer(lights use 6V). Everything is around $80, so I put it all together in paralell and it all works great. No batteries inside, no issues.P.S. The main picture here needs to be removed. That's the only reason I'm sending lights back.
