Love these pans! Exactly like the ones they use in a couple of the restaurants I go to. I use them mostly for heating up my flat bottom taco shells in the oven. Then the pan keeps the shells warm as I fill them and then I just use it as a plate.

Love this pan. Very good size, use it a lot for smoking on pellet grill, or when we need to bake something but don’t have to drag out a full size cookie sheet. Ordered one then went back and got a second.

I purchased this baking sheet in 2020 and it was 100% worth the cost. I use it to meal prep all the time! I haven’t experienced any warping. I’ve used it to roast tons of veggies, make cookies, roast nuts etc. I don’t get much use out of the wire rack but it is useful, when I want baked chicken with crispy skin or anything with breadcrumbed or coated I cook it on the sheet pan with the wire rack. It’s the perfect baking sheet pan and I want another one!

Although a bit small, these pans are a great quality. They do not warp at 400 degrees. I use them in my toaster oven most of the time but have used them in my regular oven to roast vegetables for one person. You can see in the photo the comparison for size and also, the original toaster oven pan is ready for the trash! Two of the smaller pans fit side by side in my toaster oven. I am happy with my purchase.
