If you're thinking these have the same effect as the larger tablets, they do not. The larger tablets worked every single time. These only worked for a few weeks. I thought I built up a tolerance for them since I have to take them daily, but after reading the reviews I discovered that the sennonide dosage is lower (larger tablets contain 25 mg of sennosides, these are only 15 mg) despite being labeled "maximum strength". Went back to the larger tablets and everything was back to normal when I take them. Would not recommend especially if you're rely on these due to digestive issues.
