are these good for the 16 ounce thermos tumbler?

I don't know, but I don't think so. I have the regular 16oz Thermos 'King' Food Jar (NOT a Funtainer) and they fit perfectly. The Funtainer has a larger diameter, and I believe the tumbler has a smaller diameter/opening.

No, that model is a narrow mouth liquid beverage carafe. This is for wide mouthed Food jars, 16 - 24 oz, SK3000MBTRI4 style jars.

Would these fit a Hydro Flask thermos?

As long as it is a wide mouth flask with a minimum of 1-7/16 inner diameter and needs a thickness of slightly more than 3/16". You would to measure the sealing plug itself.
