This figure is in the box?

Yes,it comes in his original box sealed and is brand new.

Mine isn't green but it isn't all that white either.

We can't figure out why. Other Funko Skellington figures (Day of the Dead, Santa, etc.) are white. At first we figured it was because he was supposed to be glow-in-the-dark, but this does not appear to be the case. (If he's supposed to glow, they screwed up the process.) We're guessing it was some sort of production screw-up that Funko is ignoring and hoping no one will notice.

No it doesn't glow. It's just white. :-)
