Are the legs individually adjustably for uneven terrain?

The legs can be pulled out from the sockets that holds them in place. The socket is about 1/2" long so you can probably adjust them 1/4". Not much. Maybe just use something to put under the legs.

Will the dji Tello fit on this landing pad?

Hi Gerald, Yes the Tello will be a really good size for landing on the helipad. Helipad is around 7.5 inches x 7.5 inches and the Tello is around 3.8 inches x 3.8 inches. That is an ideal size for the helipad. Joel Eagle Pro
