there is a small bracelet, but also a large bracelet. The small bracelets can be put in the big bracelets. I have not tried to raise and lower the headrest, maybe it can.

It is the same color as the balanced body and has six springs that look similar, but the connection points are a little different, so you can't compare them exactly. It doesn't feel much different to use.

Is there a warranty on this pilates exercise machine? is there any difference between this and the balance body?

I don't know if there is a warranty. If I remember correctly 12 months free warranty. I've used the balance body in the studio because it took too long to arrive and it was too expensive, so I don't feel too much difference overall.
