Large face, durable and comfortable to wear
I prefer a larger case/face watch and in my old age wanted something easier to read after eye surgery. I have a small collection of mid grade watches, but most have intricate dials that have become hard to read at a glance without my "readers". I'm 71+ and those of you who've had cataract surgery know what I mean. You younger folks - your time is coming! But this watch, for the money is an awesome buy. The large case diameter is what I look for first. This one measures 50.34mm across the widest points on the rotating bezel. The high contrast yet simple numbers on the face give me what I need to see the time at a glance without my "cheaters." I'm not sure I'm sold on the woven/velcro backed strap, but it's not uncomfortable and is easy to adjust. I personally hate the silicone and rubber straps many watch makers are telling the market they "must have." But those cheap straps help keep overall costs down so they can charge less. So personally, I'll probably replace it with either a leather or stainless steel one. This watch has 20mm lug width so any band I'd replace it with will be kind of narrow. But it's easy to do and there are 100's of options to choose from. This watch is part of the "MRW-210H" line which comes in several other colors and styles, but has the same specs. One thing I had to laugh at was the other reviewers who said they sent their watches back because in trying to set the "day/date" window, some strange words popped up instead of the MON, TUE, WED, etc. they expected. If they had slowly continued to turn the dial, the "English" MON, TUE, WED, etc. would have appeared. Take your time and it's very simple to set. Casio sells watches world wide and they are smart enough to have put the days in several languages on each watch. One tip I can give, when setting the time, always turn the dial several times and go past 12 o'clock. If the DATE changes, you went past midnight. If the date stays the same, you only went past NOON. So set your time according to whether you are actually past noon or before noon in your day. This will save you a LOT of frustration when you get up the next day, thinking you have your day and date set properly, and find your date has advanced ahead one day on you.Casio first started building watches in the 1970's, and most stores here in the US carry only the low price units. But Casio also has a top-of-the-line brand called "Edifice" which generally average in the $200 to $500 range. The Edifice division was a major sponsor in Formula One auto racing for many years, backing Sebastion Vettel for several. I bought my first one in 2010 and now have 6 of them. They are still my most durable, favorite watches in my small collection. I have Nautica, Citizen, Invicta, Daniel Steiger, and several others that don't live in my "every day" box. Several of my Casio Edifice watches get worn at least once a week.I do recommend this watch highly if this is the size and style you prefer. There are several others I've noticed in the "MRW-200H"collection that are slightly smaller in diameter, if that's what you'd like. Either way, Casio is a great value in an every day wristwatch.

Great utility watch, looks better than it should at this price.
Good value beater watch that looks more expensive than it is, the large size creates a high depth 3d effect with the raised metalic numbers which makes it look interesting. The bold white face makes it easy to read, and the size is nice for larger wrists. While it looks similar to a G-Shock band its floppy hinged and not stiff cuffed like a G-Shock so less stable on the wrist, which is something to keep in mind, but at this price its fine. The time ring is stiff while being easy to turn, not ratcheted so only useful for daily timing tasks, not diving.Very easy to see at a glance, so great utility watch.

Light and easy
Easy to read, especially the white face. Keeps accurate (quartz) time (20+/- secs/month), is light on the wrist, a little oversized, with day/date and 100m water rating. Not bad. My only real complaint: the bezel moves way too easily as to almost be useless, and weak lume. Otherwise, my new go-to cheap, reliable watch.

Great
This watch is awesome. Time, date, day. All you need. It's a little big, but it's easy to read the dial, which also glows in the dark.

Great daily "beater" watch!
This watch is perfect for what I needed it for. An inexpensive daily watch that is a little bigger, and that looks good. I have expensive Casios but it's great that they also sell good looking budget watches. I'm not sure if I like the Velcro band but I can swap bands if I want to. The only bad thing I can say about it is there is lume only on the hands and it is very poor. Other than that it does what I need it to do.

QUALITY = long durability IF taken care of!
The watch has a large easy to read face! No MICKEY MOUSE like so many others... just what I have been looking for (following 8/10 others) Casio is a terrific product. Having had their product previously... I feel I know it fairly well. The wrist band (Velcrow) is terrific... most other bands don't stand up according to many reviews. I'm confident of the durability because of my experience w/Casio!
