Where is the literature for the ul listing? no where in the paperwork, manual, or on the hand dryer itself is there a ul listing label.

I don't remember - I think it was on the back before I installed it on the wall. The unit works well with no issue - We have 100+ patients a week that use it with no issues.

Check your voltage and connections. If still under warranty I would contact the provider.

This machine includes the HEPA filter, in normal environment using, can change it one time each year. We will supply the free HEPA filter in USA. Thank you.

Does it need a dedicated circuit?

Don’t need a dedicated circuit. The machine biggest current is 12A, the normal circuit all are suit for it. Thank you.
