Hi! The unit is 11” deep, 16” wide and 5” high. I just measured mine. The CD tray is located directly below the display screen where the Toshiba logo is. Also, it does sound great with the EQ set to “rock”. Hope this helps!

can you connect to external speakers ?

There are no external connections for speakers. You can only pair another device via Bluetooth to play through the unit itself.

Yes. I bought this for my mom - old school and still buys CDs. She loves it and has not had a single issue with it. Sound is incredibly clear and the wood is real. There are no issues with playing CDs and the tray is pretty sturdy.

Can this be hooked up to bluetooth speakers in another room?

It is a Bluetooth stereo, so you don’t need Bluetooth speakers. I use my Bluetooth from another room but not too far away or else you lose the connection.
