Got for an appointment where I and two sisters got matching tattoos, our artist was happy to use the sheets we brought with us.Two of us have significant tattoos, while one sister had only healed one small tattoo more than a decade ago- we all loved the easy healing process with the second skin sheets, and agreed we would be using them for all our future tattoos!

I was introduced to this wrap on this tattoo, my artist put it on after and looked good with the wrap. It held all the blood/ink/plasma in the wrap, the next day in the shower it was full so I took it off in the shower under warm water peeling it down. I did end up going back and my artist put on a fresh wrap, that one I kept on for 6 days so In total I had the wrap on for a week. It holds up if properly applied, the corners do lift if you are rubbing against it or from putting on and taking off clothes, After that I ended up buying this pack and used it on the 3 other tattoos I gotten after and is the only wrap I use, and use the week process to let it heal properly and avoid it interacting with dirt and germs. So I researched (and Ive used others on my other tattoos) I am SO happy I bought this stuff. It sticks well, easy to apply. As you can see, I had a pretty big tattoo that will take 2 sessions. I had no idea it would be this big. I ended up having to put 2 sheets on. Now, I am following directions of Saniderm and I have applied the first layer for 24 hours, and then the 2nd for up to 4 days. It peels off better if you gently stretch it. Do not fold it back like it says... it doesn't work well that way and it's more painful. This stuff is so thin you can barely even tell it's there and you can hardly see it. It's comfortable. I had no reaction to it and ive had reactions to bandaids and post op tape before.This is the go to stuff. It might cost a bit more than other brands but it truly has amazing quality and I wish I had it for all my past tattoos! I'll be using this from now on!Oh I put my sunglasses in photo for size reference on the 5.9x7.9.

This is the best "second skin" style bandage I have ever used. All of the other brands tend to give me a bad reaction causing painful irritation. While this one still causes a little redness on the edges, it is very minimal. I also love that the finish on this bandage is matte instead of glossy. It's practically invisible. It will last for days and heal your tattoo beautifully underneath.

I have used second skin on other tattoos before from the artist and they usually leave a red irritation ring around the tattoo for weeks. However, this didn't! It was easy to apply and the adhesive is STRONG. I kept it on for 3.5 days after the tattoo and it definitely sped up the process. It was a bit difficult to get off in some spots on my arm, but I just had to take it slow. I definitely will be using for all future tattoos.
