I have nikon d3400 with a lens i keep on it 4 inches long and i like to bring my extra lens a 55 to 300 which is about 5 inches long. Will these fit

If you take the two movable tabs out it will fit. However you will not have allot of room for other camera items. The bag does have side pockets that can hold filters, lens cleaning stuff and extra battery, so you should be ok. It's a good camera bag I have 2 of them.

What is the interior size?

It is 9 3/4 x 4 1/2 x 7 inches. It holds my Canon 90D and a spare lens.

Is this product made with real leather?

This is not made of leather, no. It's Polyester according to the description. Very well made though.

What size is the case?

Exterior is 10.5in L x 5in W x 7in H Interior is 9.5in L x 4in W x 5.5in H I am able to fit my Nikon Z6II & battery charger without an issue. Side pockets easily fits extra batteries & polarizer lenses. I am very happy with this case
