Q: Can I use a glass screen protector on a S23 Ultra with this case?

Yes. It will for right to the edge of the case.

Q: can I add a lens protector ? will the case not be deformed or not match?

Yes you can add a screen protector. You can even add one for the camera lenses. It will not effect the git of the case.

Q: Does this phone protect the S23U curved screen with raised edges on the side and corners of the case?

The left and right side have about a 1mm raised edge above the screen, and the top and bottom about 2mm raised edges. I have this one and the "Tough Armor" case as well, they both have the same raised edges. However, I prefer the beefier protection from the Spigen Tough Armor case, plus the flip out stand on the Tough Armor case is a major plus too.
