Q: It really doesn’t hurt to get hit?

Nope! We like to say, “No saber pain!” The weapon of light is made from soft foam (like a pool noodle only softer). Just be sure to grip the item at its base and never hit someone on the head.

Q: Do players wear sensors? How can you tell if someone has been hit?

Players use the trust method to track hits. Good sportsmanship is part of the game!

Q: How is this different from Glow Battle Family?

This game set is designed for 2-4 players whereas Glow Battle Family is for 2-8 players and contains many game components.

Q: Couldn't I just get the swords at a dollar store?

The foam used for the swords is optimized for durability, thickness & density: strong enough to be used repeatedly but soft enough to ensure players don't get hurt. The LEDs are super bright with 12+ hrs of certified use.
