I put mine on overnight onto a painful spot which wouldn't go away. I couldn't feel it at all and thanks to it being clear, I can't see it either so could be worn during the day if need be. The next morning the spot really had reduced in size and isn't as painful as it was.Great to have in your bathroom, you get so many for only £8.50.Great value, recommended.
