This lumbar pillow works great. It gives me the support I need while on my side and on my back. The memory foam used is great and conforms to the shape of my body. I like that it resets to original form quickly so it forms to my body quickly. This is a very comfortable pillow.

Overall, it’s decent for back support so far. I think it’s slightly firm/slightly soft which is great for my lower back. It’s also slightly smaller than I expected. In general, I think it works best for lower back support and stability, but I personally won’t be using this every night just based off size alone for my height 5’9.

As an athlete who has dealt with low back and sciatica pain in the past, I am always looking for ways to reduce the pain and inflammation in my lower back as I strive to continue to stay as active as possible. I have had 2 knee surgeries in the past and my knee issues have stemmed to my lower back per usual.After several days of using this pillow I can already notice a difference. Placing this below my lower back when I sleep feels as if it is reducing unnecessary stress and pressure on my back. It is soft and gives me added support. I always wake up with a bit of stiffness in my back and I can already notice this has slowly improved over the last couple of mornings. I will say I am a back sleeper but this can provide support for anyone as the product comes with a booklet that shows you where to place the pillow if you were a side sleeper or a stomach sleeper.

This wasn't firm at all - it's an extremely soft bolster. I don't know if anyone would find it supportive. Flattens out immediately, even at the slightest touch of your hand. It's super cute though... But it's not what I was looking for.

I'm pleasantly surprised how the lumbar support pillow helps me at night, it has just the right amount of support to help me at night. I also used to during the day with I'm sitting on the couch to help with my pain. Was Worth the price and I'm glad I bought it

As advertised. Can work in multiple positions for support or relief of various body parts. The slipcover is removable and washable. I have a few, one I use for under my feet to support my legs on a living room ottoman.

This has helped to fill the gap between my car seat and lower back. As someone who has had two lumbar surgeries, I have a really hard time doing longer drives or driving on a bad day. It felt a little awkard at first, but I later felt that I was sitting more upright in the car and the second day was even better. I like that it is not too fluffy, its a nice memory foam feeling on your lower back. I recommend it over the bigger lumbar supports, this felt more natural against my spine.
