Oh, i'm not sure, but it has methosulfate in the ingredients listed on the jar. So I, I guess it has sulfur.

YES, I USE'IT as A PRE-POO... I PUT SOME IN A MIXING BOWL AND I ADD A TEASPOON of OLIVE OIL TO IT MIX TOGETHER AND APPLY IT TO MY HAIR FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES THEN RINSE OUT AND WASH MY HAIR... IT MAKES MY HAIR FEEL NICE AND SOFT AND IT SMELL REALLY GOOD TOO.

this same company makes a leave-in. probably best to go with that instead. very light formula, not oily, smells great, and very good even on thick hair.
