Nong Shim Instant Cup Noodles, Udong Big Bowl, pack of 16 (16 x 111 g)

I must confess to being something of a fan of these noodle bowls, having first discovered them a few years ago at a Korean supermarket just outside New Malden. Needless to say, that's quite a trek from Northamptonshire, so I only had the opportunity to buy them periodically. I was pleasantly surprised to discover Amazon sold them.They're an excellent base for a ramen dish - they're perfectly acceptable as they are - just add hot water, but you can also make them somewhat more interesting with a few standard ingredients. I always add chopped spring onion and beansprouts. If you want to spice things up a bit, you can add a little chilli powder and/or tabasco. If you want to spice things up a *lot*, add some chopped fresh chillies.Once you've discovered the vast range of Korean noodle bowls, you'll never go back to the tat they sell in the supermarkets again.

Quick and easy grub when you're not in the mood for the kitchen. Mild flavor, goes great with a bit of chopped spring onion and some bone broth (Beef Bone Broth by Take Stock).

Quick and easy and tasty. These are a great lunch or filling enough with some geoza to be an evening meal.

Was okay but found it very powerful with the fish smell, stunk up the office badly even after I ate in another room.

These are almost completely nutritionally empty, but damn if they aren't delicious.

Lovely flavour low in fat

In times like inflation better have this and makes me full up, seems complete
