Handle it very gently... since it senses pressure changes.
This is the third one I'm ordering- for a friend who saw it in my classroom and wanted one, too! I have the other at home. Not sure how exactly accurate it is, but it is just really pretty (I have the blue/silver one) and it's fun to watch and see how the weather will be.

Colorful
I like the face color, was easy to adjust, still have to tap on face to ensure dial is accurate. Double check weekly with weather to ensure accuracy, so far so good!

Does not work. Do not buy.
This item does not work. The measurements are inaccurate and the control dial does not function propertly. Also, the range of measurements it inadequate for possible measurements. Do Not Buy.

Barometer inaccurate
While this is a really nice looking unit its performance from the barometer leaves much to be desired... sometimes the pressure was off by as much as 0.06 in Hg, simply too inaccurate for my application. I returned it and am looking for something better suited to my needs.
