I have been using this ice pod for three weeks now. This thing is great! It's easy to get in and out of and was easy to set up. I am able to drain and take down in about 10mins to original box size. The pod has great rigidity and balances perfectly in my garage. I add eight large ice blocks from my deep freezer and reuse 3 times per week. Easy with bag or two of ice also. Probably going to order an ice maker for the garage. The health benefits of this ice pod are unbelievable! I have reduced most of my joint and back pain to a minimum AND have so much energy after a refreshing plung. The dopamine rush after and ice plung is euphoric! I was skeptical until I did it once - now I am addicted to the after-feeling. It's life changing!

This KASUE sauna box is next level. I bought it thinking, “Sure, maybe I’ll sweat a little and pretend I’m at a spa.” What actually happened? I turned into a puddle of happiness in under 10 minutes. And I loved every second of it.Setup was a breeze. It popped up faster than a tent on a camping trip (but way comfier, and no bugs). The XL steamer? Big enough to keep the steam coming strong without me running back and forth like a stressed-out teapot.I sat down on the folding chair expecting it to wobble, but nope—solid. Felt like I was being hugged by a warm cloud. The sauna tent has multiple layers, so the heat stays in, and I sweat like I was running a marathon... while sitting still. That’s what I call smart fitness.It works indoors, outdoors, probably even in space if you had an outlet. And it's black, so it looks sleek—like the ninja of sauna boxes.I use it after long days, tough workouts, or just because I want to hide from my family for 30 minutes. It helps me relax, detox, and feel like a million bucks (without spending a million bucks).

I bought this sauna as a Christmas gift for my mother who lives with me. We both use it daily. I am 62 and she is 85. I do the 30-45 minutes depending on my schedule. My mother does 20 minutes. It has helped both of us with the leg cramps we were having. I have not had any cramps since starting this. It was easy to put together. I can’t believe I actually got the cover on with the door positioned on the right side. Yay for me. The instructions were easy to follow I did it all by myself. I did use a larger same type of chair just because my mother is older and I wanted one with arm rests to help her get up easier. I love it and even recommended it to a colleague and she bought one. She told me I am so glad you told me about it because I was using one at the gym after workouts and now I have my own and the cost is spot on.

I LOVE this. I bought this primarily knowing the research behind all of the benefits behind sauna usage. I wish the temperature was hotter to support the Alzheimer’s research. There isn’t an at home unit that does reach that temp however. Assembly was easy knowing that you need to stretch the “fabric” to fit the posts is some areas. The placement of the windows requires an extra outlet if you use the infrared light therapy bar as the cord feeds through a window on one side and the steamer feeds on the opposite side. Single unit is compact, but suits me fine with two nice windows. There is a storage pocket inside for hair ties, shower cap, etc, and one outside as well. Be cautious where you place the chair in relation to the incoming steam tube. The auto shut off for low water is a nice feature for safety.I preheat for about 10 minutes before getting in and I use it 4-5 times a week. I love it and feel it’s a great value for the money. It has the ability to use essential oils, but I haven’t used that option.I put it up in our utility room with a concrete floor to be out of the way and because there is a drain (advised in the set up directions). This gives me a cold floor since it ha a thin layer of vinyl as a bottom, but a folded towel under my feet helps. It won’t fit through a door to move it to another room (unless you disassemble it). I leave it open when not in use and spray it down with a disinfectant spray once a week.

The heat cranks up quick to 140°F, making me sweat buckets, and those red led lights? They’re straight-up relaxing, giving my skin this soft glow that’s got me feeling great on a budget. I can even use my phone through the arm holes and tweak the temp with the remote—total win.That said, it’s not all perfect. The chair in there is kinda meh, like sitting on a budget camping stool, so my butt’s not thrilled after 20 minutes. Also, the zipper can be a pain, sticking sometimes when I’m trying to hop in or out. It’s excellent for the price, don’t get me wrong, but I’m crossing my fingers it holds up long-term.Pros: Super easy setup, folds tiny, heats fast, red lights are excellent, remote’s great, affordable.Cons: Chair’s uncomfy, zipper’s annoying, not sure about durability.

This took my home gym to another level. Super easy to use too. Just fill the steam machine with water, hit the on switch and wait just a few moments before jumping in. You can feel it right away. The steam is intense and feels great. Everything you need comes in the box, including a chair and red light bar. The red light most likely doesn't do much from what I've researched but it does add to the cool effect with the steam. Cool factor + 1 with the light bar for sure. The biggest benefit you will notice is the steam. In about 10 mins. you feel it right away. I put it together in about half an hour and it's pretty good quality overall, no complains. I think adding some essential oils to the steam pot thing that goes inside the sauna would be a nice touch but that is the only thing that didn't come in the box. Overall love it!

make sure you have a good amount of space, even if you have tv or oter things going on around, its a really relaxing experience weather you have it inside or outside, but i find it great to have at night before bed with the infered light maybe some body scrub, very peaceful also with some aromatherapy great extra option to have for your home
