Hi, can i put the drops into my cat's food or does it need to go straight into his mouth?

If your pet is not eating, you could add it to a small amount of water or broth (an amount they will consume in one sitting). If you have to, you can administer directly to the mouth, but if you're going to do it that way, we would suggest measuring the dose into a separate syringe and mixing with some food or water before giving it to your pet. Does it come in a glass bottle? Not happy to find herbs in plastic bottles...

There seems to be thick black grease like substance on my dropper and lid..is that normal?
