Tasty but a little chalky. but over all I do like these and would order again. The sublingual is disgusting, so these make taking vitamins a little easier.

Large pills but easy to swallow

That all though they are noted as ease to swallow you can still feel the thickness of the pill and you take them 3 at a time.

It’s a great price for a quality product.

The suggested amount to take of this is three pills per serving. Too many pills to take in a day.
