Work great!
I've used these to add extra M2 SATA drives to my Home Network and external USB enclosures. It works just like 2.5" SATA hard drives.

False advertising
These DO NOT support NVMe drives as advertised.

Used it twice but I needed it and it is kept in my 'computer toolbox'
This is something you will only ever use once or twice in a life time but when you need it you need it. All my notebooks for a while only come with m.2 drives and when something happens bad enough where I need to pull it to fix on another computer I rarely have a spare m.2 slot on the 'doctor' computer. This allows me to use any computer to fix a m.2 drive. I really wish Hard Drive Docking Stations had m.2 ports on them but with the different lengths and standards I understand why they don't so this is really needed.

UPDATE!
Below is what I originally wrote. After some research, I discovered that I was uninformed. Apparently, M.2 cards have 2 different & incompatible key structures. This device is setup to ONLY work with cards that have either "B" key OR BOTH "B" AND "M" key slots. My M.2 card only has the "M" key and is thus incompatible with this device. The other thing I've learned is that NOBODY makes an "M" keyed device to convert to a SATA interface.Initial review:"I've tried 4 different M2 cards, NONE will fit into this device! The key post on the connector is offset by 0.5mm. Enough the M2 card won't fit. If they're that lax in QC, what might've happened to my data had it actually fit?"
