Works perfectly, easy instructions to follow. 2x50ah 12volt-24 volt trolling motor battery monitor. A water resistant model is also available if not able to mount in a dry area.

This is a good quality shunt. But the bluetooth range is poor likely due to its being buried in a battery compartment amidst many wires. After lots of research found if one stretches the wire that goes to the battery positive, rather than bundling it, the range increases a bit.

As usual, Victron continues to provide exceptional quality, fit, finish and utility.Installation is a simple, straightforward process that requires only one additional short cable of the proper gauge for your setup.The included positive wire and secondary positive (for monitoring a second battery bank or midway point) have built-in fuses.One note - the bolts on this require 5/16" or 3/8" wire lugs on the wires from the negative battery terminal and to connect the load or bus block.The shunt itself is very sturdy, and designed for easy mounting in a small space near your battery.It also networks wirelessly with other Victron Smart controllers and other products over Bluetooth to allow them to share information, via the VictronConnect app.A few minutes of reading is all that's necessary to input the battery information and other parameters via the app, and before you know it you're up and running with detailed information that assists greatly with fine tuning your system.You may, like me, find yourself wondering how you ever got by without this addition to your solar power system. I put it off, questioning whether I really needed this. From now on, I'll have one of these on every system I install!

15 minute install on class C with dual AGM group 24 battery bank. Much better that idiot lights that just show a very rough estimate. Easy to program. There is an idle current draw that a switch can be put on the 12 volts+ connection that is fused for storage. Idle current draw seems much larger than specifications.I set my dual parallel batteries at 180 amps rather than 200. Then set max discharge to 50%. Thus setting will offer more deep discharge protection to keep the max above 50%.After install I tested loads and unit appears accurate. I think all RV’s need this shunt. The cheap idiot lights on RV’s offer next to no information.The app was easy to set up and use.

This item works well for reading voltage, however the bluetooth has an very short range. It will only work inside about 6 feet and it takes a bit to reload.

Well what more can I say other than after installing this Victron 300 amp Smart Shunt I can actively seen my Battery usage at that moment. It updates every 15 seconds which is rather amazing, creates a great graph to use for data, simple and easy to install, can't beat the functionality for the value, definitely would recommend this product to anyone with or without other Victron products as it is easy to read via an app on your phone, simply enter in the data for your battery bank, and wah lah it auto calibrate after a couple days, also having the ability to show midpoint voltage deviation for building an array of 12v batteries into 24v or larger.

It does the job, but the APP is a pain as it always disconnects, so getting a stream of data doesn't work when this unit is in stand alone deployment.
