Someone I trust recommended magnesium supplements so I’m giving it a try. It’s seemingly uncommon to find a magnesium supplement that combines a variety of magnesium compounds beyond a singular one like citrate, glycinate etc. The price per quantity is steep! Gonna have to weigh the sense of value before buying any more, which i expect will be hard to quantify experientially.
