I am very pleased with this kit. I needed to remove a smaller screw that had broken off in my TV’s base, and most other kits I found did not include a #0 size. That little bit was exactly what I needed. A #1 might have worked, but it also could have damaged the base, so having the correct size made all the difference. The process is just like many other extractor kits, simple and straightforward, but this one stands out because it covers those smaller, often overlooked sizes. The bits feel solid, and it is reassuring to have on hand for future projects.Pros:- Includes the hard(ish)-to-find #0 size- Solid and durable bits- Comes with both extractors and matching drill bits- Neat storage caseCons:- I wish the case had storage for the included drill bits, they don't fit nicely and interfere with the closing of the caseA compact, reliable kit that solves problems other sets ignore.I highly recommend this product.

Worked as expected. Removed 4 big screws from a child security gate for a family member to install an air conditioner. Never used this type of tool before so I broke one drill bit. Key here is to drill slowly with the removal tool and drill bit. I first tried going high speed on drill setting which was counterproductive. Slow and easy with the tool and the bit which grabbed the screw head and removed. Takes a but of practice but once you get one out the others get easier. Good tool to have.

Simply stated: DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT. I needed a set of extractor bits to remove broken screws that I encounter from time to time. The buyer reviews for this product appeared fair to good (overall rating of 4.1 out of 5), and the photos/diagrams advertising the set "pictured" the product in a very favorable light. However, the set I received is, in my personal opinion, very poorly made.The small semi-rigid plastic box housing the extractor set required that I use a standard screw driver to pop open the retaining clip portion of the top lid. There are only mounting slots within the box to retain the extractors & the 3 added drill bits are simply thrown in "willy-nilly," giving the overall set an impression of general cheapness and disorganization.The actual extraction bits are a dull darker gray color -- not what one sees in the advertising pictures. Machining on the "steel" bits is unimpressive: bits do not present with sharp clean grooves as one would expect with such a tool. Additionally, the sizing of the bits is questionable; I wanted to use the smallest extractor in the set for a current project (identified as part 4341 #0), but the part 4341 #1 actually presents a smaller graduated point diameter, and the extraction side end tips for both of these bits seem to be the same diameter.Lastly, during the small task I used the bit for the metal grooves on the extractor tip began to immediately smooth out and spin within the pre-drilled hole I had made in the broken screw's shank, rendering the extractor useless.I'm returning the product & DO NOT recommend that others buy this questionably manufactured product.

Worked nicely to remove a license plate bolt that had rusted fast. The three additional bits supplied do not have assigned storage slots in the case, so tend to tumble out.

I had a 70 year old outdoor faucet handle screw that was hardened rusted to the packing nut. This worked so well. I had to increase the size of the extraction bit after drilling the initial hole. Very happy!The reason I had to remove the screw is bc my faucet is soldered. I needed to repack the bonnet by removing the packing nut. Saved myself probably $400 plumber visit.

Had an unfortunate issue with drill bit snapping on first use attempt and made 0 progress on the project. Company responded promptly to angry review and made it right.

I haven't used it yet , but it is a nice little set. Which looks like it will be just what I need to get the screw out. Was as described .
