Work really well. Feel a lot better than before I started taking. The lower star is because they are bog and some days i have difficulty swallowing and choke on the capsules. I would love if 8t could come in smaller easy to swallow capsules or a liquid that doesn't taste awful and not full of sugar.

With my age, most of my joints are achy on most mornings. I was thinking of something different when I got these capsules. I have since come to understand these supplemental capsules are for relief of joint discomfort from exercising.It seems the pills' effectiveness is linked to joint movement, and since my activity is minimal and slow ("your warmup is my aerobics."), I don't believe they are suitable for me.To be fair, instead of rating based on my experience, I'll rate based on my understanding and observation: I did use them as directed on the product directions for 8 days.1 star for taste, I've detected none, which I say is good. Nothing is so good as trying to swallow a pill that reminds you of fresh turned sod, twice a day!2 stars for the ingredients Devil's Claw, Ginger, and White Willow Extracts, all recognized for their pain relief attributes or analgesic properties.3 stars for Papain and Bromelain, enzymes recognized for their role in protein breakdown and amino acid synthesis which contribute to managing joint pain and inflammation, as well as aiding digestion.4 stars for Serrapeptase, an excellent anti-inflammatory, reportedly surpassing aspirin in treating Lockjaw (tetanus) pain (powerful stuff). However, just like aspirin, it can cause problems. So be certain to talk to your health care provider before using these supplements.The ingredients might be comparable to other manufactures, I don't know. What I have seen so far is that with the potential for good results, the price for these supplements is a good investment.

Actually this supplement is full of ingredients & enzymes for breaking down and digesting food. In addition, even fungal protease and bacterial protease are included. Even the directions say to take the capsules before or between meals. That’s how digestive enzymes are to be taken. This product supports gut health (and maybe in turn a healthy gut supports joint health?). The enzyme doses are significant, very helpful for food breakdown and nutrient absorption. The capsules are small and easy to swallow.
