Our church in Maryland recently purchased the above dehumidifier in April 2025, for use in our 2400 square ft. sanctuary with 29 ft. high ceilings that has a moisture issue.This unit dropped our humidity level to under 50%.We used to have 2 units that had to be manually emptied twice a day in the summertime.With using the Airecoler Titan D10P dehumidifier that has a built in pump, and comes with a clear hose. We drilled a hole thru the exterior wall then utilizing the hose to drain the condensate water to the outside.I recommend using the Airecoler Titan D10P Commercial grade dehumidifier with pump.Ana at customer service was very helpful in answering all of our questions.DA Brown

This was the easiest dehumidified I installed for my rentals. This was very easy to set up and very easy to move around. Once I decided on the most optimal location I was able to set up the hose to handle the draining from the water. It has a pump hose which I needed since my crawl space is not too deep and a gravity drain would not work.This worked quickly and by the end of the day the crawl space felt and smelled less damp. The display is easy to read and understand. I do like how it has the auto defrost feature to prevent the lines from clogging.Overall it is a good value for money because of how powerful it is. My crawl space is about 2.000sqft and these keeps up perfectly. It can handle more square footage. It runs quietly and is very low maintenance which is great because my crawl space is difficult to get into.

Works Like a Beast – No More Humidity Hassles!I bought this for my basement, and wow, this thing pulls a crazy amount of moisture from the air. It just runs quietly in the background and does its job without me having to constantly check on it.The built-in pump is a game changer. I hooked up the hose, and now the water drains automatically (no more lugging heavy buckets) it’s been surprisingly energy-efficient for something so powerful. I was worried about my electricity bill, but the auto on/off timer helps keep costs down.It’s also super easy to move around with the wheels and handle is sturdy. If you need something tough, reliable, and easy to use for a big space, this is it. Absolutely worth it id say.

When the equipment was delivered, it was already fully assembled. After letting it stand for 24 hours, I immediately started using it. The control panel is very simple to set up. After powering on, it runs very quietly with almost no noise. You can set the humidity adjustment range between 10% and 90% - I usually keep it at 50%. Besides adjusting the humidity, you can also set the dehumidification time. The drainage pipe is located on the side of the equipment and is long enough. The best part is that it is equipped with wheels and handles, making it very easy and smooth to move around.

Easy to set up and clean filter. I use it in my farm shop. You can feel a reduction in humidity.
