Disc Tray
How do I open the disc tray?????? There is no button on the side????

BUYER BEWARE/ UPDATE
*Purchased this on November 18th. Unpackaged, booted up, works ok, however I have a number of hp products, from Amazon that I am pleased with. When updating from hp Support Assistant was informed that warranty was only good for another two months. Thought this was new?> After spending about 40 minutes with hp about this and giving all information, they informed me warranty was limited because this pc, was "altered" from it's original configuration, and I need to take it up with Amazon. That I will do, but posting this review first. I love Prime, however this time very disappointed. Would have given more stars but this experience puts it at one star. *UPDATE.... I Did hear from seller Oydisen WOWPC informing me, "Please note that the warranty we offer is a seller's warranty, not a manufacturer warranty". Bottom line, as far as my chat via hp I was informed the usual "factory manufacturers' warranty" that comes with the PC, was only good for another two month's because PC had been "Altered" Bottom line I will purchase directly from hp from now, not a third party seller. Altered, in my dictionary is not a New PC.

No CD/DVD.
The Desktop PC was great, but it didn’t have a CD/DVD like I expected. Will need to purchase a external CD/DVD.

Item as described. The external hard drive unfortunately didn't arrive with the desktop but after contacting the seller they sent it to me which I received today. Overall, very happy with my purchase and the fine customer service from the seller and Amazon!

Great all in one if you want a smaller computer
This was too small for me . My all in one touchscreen- 27” screen was my fav. Mine was broken in our recent move to bigger house even tho i babied it. One blind in my office suddenly came crashing down & destroyed it - it was expensive but a freak accident!
