We use these for a few different uses around our property, usually with good results. The hex head twisted off the first anchor out of the box this time, the rest worked fine. Seller replaced the defective right away after being notified of the issue.

Used these to secure a carport. Worked great allowed the use of impact gun to screw them deep into the ground even with all the rocks

Not excellent in hard soil.
I'm in West Central Texas where dirt is hard. It that case you'll need to pilot and wet the ground a day or two in advance. Otherwise they just drill a hole, displacing soil. They didn't break when turned in with the provided 12mm driver bit. But I'll have to work on packing the soil back around the screw so they actually do their job.
