Great for health. Too expensive!

I've been taking the capsules for a few months now and have noticed stronger nails, more energy and feeling better overall.

These capsules are a great way to add vegetables into your diet without eating the actual veggies if you don't have time, or don't like vegetables, although they are expensive. Other vegetable capsules are also expensive, so probably comparable in that regard, so no real complaints there, just an observation.These are well tolerated: these did not cause me any upset, no allergic reaction, no stomach issues or otherwise. I didn't take them every day, but rather on days that I didn't eat as well as I should (most days we eat whole foods, and cook from scratch, but on days we are on the road and are unable to eat right, I like to throw these in my bag to make sure I'm getting my vegetables). I feel like this method makes this product more affordable, and a more practical purchase. But even for someone who hates vegetables, you really need those nutrients, $1.11 per day really isn't that much money to consume your vegetables in capsule form, in my opinion.I like them and recommend them, and will keep them on hand for the rare days I'm not able to eat right.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

For how much this costs I fully expected more results or at least something a bit more tangible in regards to effects, however I can't say I noticed much of a difference at all from taking these pills. I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's a good way to get your veggies, but there isn't even a quantitative amount of veggies listed - just what they are. They do provide some vitamin amounts on the label so there is at least that, but you can buy individual vitamins for less and substitute real veggies in their place. For me personally, I feel like I could have done much better for myself just eating the actual veggies themselves and it would have cost less.

Im not in the habit of eating many vegetables, but my better half is always trying to get me to eat them. We found these veggie pills that are a kind of compromise for both of us. Reading the ingredients on the bottle, it looks like they are packed with all sorts greens and veggies. Its a convienent way for me to get these veggies and a few vitamins as well. The pills have no real taste to them and are easy enough to swallow down.

What I really like reading about it, is the fact that they support various organizations, help America’s most vulnerable and provide nourishing for hungry kids across America and around the world.This product is a combination of vegetables, that many people find difficult to eat on a daily basis. It fills the gap between what we should eat and what we actually end up eating - at least for me 😀The container is appealing, with bright colors and a snap lid. The capsules are green (as you would expect them to be) and have a scent of greens. They are easy to swallow, with no after taste.I have been taking it for 2 weeks and I see no side effects - moreover, it seems like it helps with my weight loss.The container has 60 capsules and one serving is 2 capsules, recommended to be taken with a meal and a glass of water.Expiration date is clearly printed on the bottom - 05/26. The product is NSF and Kosher certified, gluten free.Overall, this is a great product, that I will continue taking.
