Freeze up after 3 hours
I bought 2 of these laptops. The first froze up after six hours after writing a novel. I returned and bought the exact same one. After three hours same thing happened. Mouse, touch pad, touch screen-nothing works. I could not turn it off and esc doesn't work either. I am trying to see if battery goes dead so I can at least take out my personal information. I can't factory restore until the page unlocks. Two times the exact same thing happened.
