Once I loaded the suitcase with stuff, the wheels stopped moving freely.To make it even worse, the front pouch zipper broke. Both of these happened even before my first use.Very disappointed with the product. Pls don’t buy this.

Trolley was locked. Tried but not opened. Even no support document for this. Look wise fine.Immediately return as no support received.
