Q: can i use this for my chickens?

I use it for my dogs and chickens. I put a teaspoon in their water once a week. It is a great wormer aswell as good for their gut.

Q: where is the organic trade mark on this product? This doesn't seem to be certified...

It is certified organic, both the Soil Association and EU certification logos are on the label

Q: what are you meant to do with the mother? Avoid it? Shake it all in?

Each bottle contains an amount of the mother in it. That’s what makes it so good for you. But I guess the mother is kind of like a sediment that would fall to the bottom of the bottle if it’s in storage / travel so before you drink it, you should shake the bottle so that it mixes it all up and you get a taste of it in each use.
