Great Pretenders Little Red Riding Hood Costume for Kids,| Luxurious Velour Cape with Hood, Machine-Washable

My daughter is 2 1/2. on the short size 35 inches. I bought in Spring of 2017 for her to wear to Disneyland w/her princess dress. It went right to her ankles No tripping!!! or me having to hem :) She will be wearing this for the Many years to come for dress up and Halloween. She is gonna grow into this and eventually when she is 8 years old she can finally use it as a cape for little red riding hood. Super happy. And it was made in Canada. Almost as good as made in USA . So the quality was there. I got the smallest size possible. Yes it is a little velvety. Which works for Princess, Little Red, Witch, or vampire if you must.

Oh my, this cape is adorable! I got it for my 4 year old, who loves to dress as Snow White and makes me tie pillowcases into capes. It’s a really nice heavy velvet, with a hood and a bow at the Velcro closure. This is high quality, not something you would find at a party supply store. Highly recommend!

My 2.5 y/o daughter is dressing up as Little Red Riding Hood for Halloween and this Hood make the whole costume, it’s soft, well made, and fits her perfect! It hits her right at mid calf. She loves it, doesn’t want to take it off!

It's a darling cape. The kids love it. But mommy had to add a large hook and eye to keep the velcro closure from coming undone. My kids move around a lot.I'm not sure whose kids don't move so that the velcro stays closed, but mine did not.Extra time and money spent to make it work for us = 1 hour + $3.99 for the hooks.

This came smaller than I expected in size it said for a child size 5-6 but didn’t give me an option for size or say anything about sizing but it does fit my 10yr old I purchased it for.

I bought this cape as a last minute halloween costume for my 3 year old and it's now turned into a regular play item for her. It fits perfectly, soft, and has a nicer quality to it than most costumes do. She'll definitely play with this for years to come!

I just gave this to my 6-1/2 year old daughter & she just LOVES it! She wanted to wear it to school. She got a bunch of compliments as she walked to her classroom. I took it from her once the bell rang so it wouldn't be a distraction to her or others, but there were a lot of "ooooh's" and "ahhhh's"!

I wish they were more descriptive with the sizing. In the pictures it looks so big. Now that it has arrived, It clearly says size 5/6 on the package (not "medium"). It looks a little small on my large 7 year old. I wish I had known. She spent her own money and saved for so long... had I known it was a 5/6 I would not have ordered it (or would have searched for a large, if it exists).
