I really like this stuff. I helps lower my cholesterol being that I can't take statins. The taste is neutral. It gets a little thick if you let it sit to long, but I don't mind that. I haven't had my cholesterol checked since taking this, so can't speak to that. but I can tell you this - I am regular without being loose. So as a fiber it's great! Better than other forms I've tried.

I was adding three Tablespoons to 10oz of water every morning before breakfast. It helped with irregularity but my blood sugar stayed high for a while after I ate. I won't be purchasing anymore.
