I'm 172cm and 70kg, it fits just right.It is comfortable enough to wear in the gym for 2 hours.Cannot say much about all day use, given that the texture on the inside is not completely smooth.It works

Breathable Material
I've been wearing the 3combio T-shirt during my gym workouts, and it's perfect in terms of comfort and functionality. The fabric is breathable and allows for easy movement, making it ideal for intense exercises. However, the collar (neck portion) feels a bit strange. It's a round neck, but the stitching or fit around the collar seems slightly off. Despite this, the overall comfort and fit of the shirt make it a great option for the gym.
