This is very strong safe and easy to use. very sturdy and hard to move around. One of the manual keys wouldn't work and I contacted their customer care, very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a strong safe in home which is impossible to break or steal. exactly what I wanted!!! The media could not be loaded. I was skeptical about this purchase at first. Took the risk and finally got it. Package Delivered safely. No scratches or dents considering how heavy it was. I was able to move it upstairs with precautions. I got the 7.6 cu ft. Seems sturdy and it’s a good-looking as well. Inside of the safe is roomy enough for my important valuables and documents. Overall It’s good to have a safe place to keep my belongings. I like the feature having hidden lockbox. I added a magnetic light inside just to make lighten up the inside and help to see stuffs more brightly. Red button was not mentioned on the manual but you may find it behind each of the door edge. Set up wasn’t difficult. Setting up or change passcode is easy. Easy steps to follow if you want to change passcodes. Also, in case you found yourself with a dead battery or emergency manual key was left inside the safe; there is white plastic box where you may put batteries and use it as a backup to insert passcode and access to your safe. The safe is supposed to be Fire and Water proof/resistant, but I hope it never comes to that. However, that’s the point of investing on this thing right? There are holes on the back of the safe where you can secure the safe. I was told there’s one on the bottom as well; secure it to the floor. Mine doesn’t have bottom holes for some reason. But anyways, I liked it so far. customers service was reachable and answered some of my questions. It may not be like your bank vault secure, although it’s perfect for home office or just for personal belongings with budget friendly, good looking and well built. Can’t go wrong with this one.Highly recommended.

Pros: Very affordable and large. It has removable shelves. I liked the three different options of opening (2 keys, make your own code, and an extra external battery pack). I like the security measures of it not working for a few minutes if a wrong code is entered. I am not so sure that it is fireproof or waterproof, but as extra precaution we bought separate waterproof bags and fireproof bags. One 8 x 13 fireproof/waterproof bag and a larger fireproof/waterproof briefcase to put the smaller waterproof bags in (hey, can't be too safe! we like the extra layers of protection). We like that you can screw it to your wall so no one can walk away with it. The screws are very big and substantial which is great. I suggest screwing it to a stud instead of using the anchors. The turn knob/latch seems sturdy. I bought a previous well-known brand and the latch seemed sketchy as if it may break.Cons: The metal sides and back seem thin (like someone might be able to drill through it or cut it opened if they worked at it) but screwing it to the wall should help with that. People can't just walk away with it if it is secured to the wall, and I highly doubt thieves would spend time working on it in a house they are robbing. The shelves are removable, but not adjustable.

I am so happy with this safe that I actually ordered one for my mother and my son. I also cannot say enough about the company's customer service department...they are wonderful. My son couldn't get into the safe and their customer service responded quickly and resolved the issue. I love the fact that there is a battery, a passcode, and a key. It is very sturdy and highly recommend!

Definitely not of Fort Knox quality security, but that what you get for the price you pay for. Though lightly, it does provide some protection to your valuables. I wouldn't count on it to not be broken into quite easily. The door's thickness, which seems to be about the same as its walls, is only about 10/64 THS. It almost felt like I was just picking up a box on tin can when I lifted it. No, I'm not a big muscular guy! I'm only 138 lbs.! It was packaged nicely. I was a little confused by the instructions provided on the manual on how to set my own combination at first, but upon reading it again, it turned out to be pretty easy to setup. If you are looking for light security for your documents, this does the job. If you are looking for a more robust protection, I would conduct more comparisons with other brands.
