Excellent training aid
Having danced Hip-Hop for a long time and was on the lookout to push my envelope, I started taking ballet and jazz classes. Boy, was I in for a surprise. This turn disc is definitely a great aid in helping my balance, turns and core strength. I am sure from professionals to amateurs will benefit from using this disc. Definite thumbs up from me, if you are looking for minor improvements to bring bigger gains in the long run.

E-GUIDE
早く届けて頂きありがとうございました。但し、気になったのは、商品説明に、E-GUIDEと書いてありましたが、入ってませんでした。入っていたのは、TANCE BANDかMINI LOOP BANDを購入てきるものでした。それと、細かいことなのですが、ピンクの袋には、写真では、TToLbiとないりでしたが、名はなくピンクだけの袋でした。お安いので、色々あると思いますが、買う方が、勘違いすると思います。本当に残念です！日本のバレエ会社の物を買えば良かったと思います。
