Does it come with ink in it or do I need to buy the bottle?

You need to buy bottled ink. (This pen does not work with cartridges, as some fountain pens do.) You can buy samples to see what u like. THERE ARE SO MANY COLORS TO CHOOSE FROM - Samples can be between $1-$3 each for 3-5 ml which can fill your pen a few times. Since it's a flex nib it's great with shading and/or sheening ink. It's also good to look into fountain pen friendly papers such as Rhoda, or Clairfontaine or if you want to go all out and see what this pen can do, Tomoe River Paper. For samples selection, Gouletpens.com is great!

Does the demonstrator Konrad come with a spare (non-flex) nib?

No, mine did not come with a spare nib.

Hello , What is the nib size of the pen?

The Konrad has a #6 nib, just like the Ahab. I have swapped other #6 nibs and they work well.
