If you do not like salty taste I would not recommend because it is a really strong salt flavor. I can definitely feel a difference in my workouts tho when I use this I feel much more energized. I usually just drink it with water because it dissolves easy and taste fine.

I'm a huge SCP fan. I have almost all of their supps in my cabinet & this pre is a STAPLE! It gives me energy,focus, & a pump but does not wreck my sleep since it is non-stim & I workout after my 9-5. Plus the flavor is great! It can be a little sour, but you get used to it. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND

Absolute worst tasting pre workout I've ever had, tastes like rotten pineapple. Extremely disappointed especially considering the price point. I seldom write bad reviews but this was profoundly disgusting. I gagged drinking this even with my nose plugged.

This is a good flavor. I have originally tried the strawberry one and I’m gonna say this is better than the strawberry one. No side effects taste great dissolves easily.

This is my second container and I love how it is clean ingredient product that I can trust and it does help me with pushing through my workout. It does not make you feel wired but it is more of a sour drink but I don’t mind that. I think it taste good

Respectable dose of caffeine equivalent to 1 1/2 cup of coffee or 2 espresso shots. Be mindful that it may be on the salty side given it has 500mg of sodium which is only to enhance muscle contraction since muscles work on action potentials which require sodium and potassium.
