I was a little hesitant about buying a renewed MacBook Pro, but I’m so glad I went for it! This 2021 14-inch model with the M1 Pro chip has blown me away. Right out of the box, it looked and felt brand new—no scratches, dents, or any sign that it was ever used.The performance is exactly what I hoped for: lightning-fast, handling my work tasks and creative projects (even heavy video editing!) without a hitch. The 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD provide plenty of speed and storage for my needs, and the battery life has been outstanding, lasting me through an entire day without needing a charge.Space Gray looks sleek as ever, and I appreciate that I got all this power at a fraction of the cost of a brand-new one. If you’re on the fence about going renewed, take the leap. It’s a great way to get premium Apple performance without breaking the bank!

They basically gave me a brand new machine. (Apple certified refurbished). No scratches, no chips, no dings, no warping of the body. Screen was brand new and so was the keyboard. Battery has 100% health. Came with an official Apple 96w charger brick and apple magsafe 3 charger cable. So far this thing is wayyyy better than expected. I wish every refurbed computer came like this. Very Happy! Will update after a few months to let you all know how it's going.

I bought a 14-inch MacBook Pro M1 Pro (renewed/used, but looks like new) and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of the product! The performance, display, and build are amazing — they exceeded all my expectations. Even though it's a renewed model, it's in perfect condition. Shipping was fast and delivered on time. I totally recommend it!

one star because the seller is just a random Amazon seller not a qualified tech companyThe two biggest issues have nothing to do with the computer itself, rather the accessories that come with it, the charger and cable, which are both cheap knock offs, and the sellers overall handling of thatNumber one the charger is a cheap knock off no branding. I’ve seen tons of them on Amazon ranging anywhere from $10-$20. The reason this is an issue is its a “smart charger“ and will send more power to the computer than the computers battery can handleFor people who understand computers, skip this specific part obviously but for people that don’t it is necessary that the charger is from a reputable brand because the way that a computer receives power from a charger is through what’s called a handshake put simply the charger and computer need to communicate to each other how much power needs to be received/sent to not damage the computer the charger that’s included with the computer does not do thatThe overall battery health of the computer I bought was at 91% when I started to use the charger that was included the battery health we t down to 88% within two weeksIt frustrates me that a product of this price range can include such a terribly cheap accessory that will destroy the battery and that is unacceptable i now use a apple charger and cable and the battery health since then it has stayed the sameWhen you’re spending $1700 you should get a good charger.Number two experience with the sellerI messaged the seller on October 18th and didn’t receive anything until October 28 and I believe the only reason they responded is because I texted them that day, reminding them about my concerns with the computers included chargerTo make it as short as possible, since this is a long review, the only thing that they will do is do an exchange they will not even acknowledge the fact that the charger will damage the computer the only thing they mentioned is that they do not include original accessories Even after I explained how frustrated I was, I could tell that all they’re doing is just copying and pasting messages based on my response so I know that there’s no way of actually resolving this issueSo far I have no real issues with the computer itself I just cannot believe how the company can include such a bad charger

From the moment I unboxed this laptop, it was love at first sight. It’s in excellent, and I mean EXCELLENT condition. Not even a scratch or dent on the outside.My jaw quite literally dropped when I opened the laptop and saw how bright and vibrant the screen was. Again, not even a scratch, dent, or defect on the screen. The battery is still quite good! It holds 87% of its original capacity, which isn’t perfect, but it’s still respectable for the time being!The specs are exactly what I ordered, and I haven’t had one bit of lag. The sound quality is phenomenal. The power cord works well with charging the Mac even though it’s not manufactured by Apple (doesn’t overheat, connects well, etc.).I personally prefer to buy refurbished gadgets for the sake of sustainability, but of all the refurbished laptops I’ve bought, this one is the absolute best, and quite frankly, it’s a STEAL at the price point I got it for. Overall, I’m very pleased with this product.

All the Intel MacBook Pros i've ever used got so hot you could cook on them but not this thing. It's quiet, the battery actually lasts more than a couple hours, and it has some get up and go compared to the competition like the old PowerPC macs did back in the day. If you're coming from an Intel based model, you're going to be thrilled with this upgrade. Forget about using Paralells for running Windows and just use VMWare Fusion. It has all the same features and it's free. My only gripe is that I had to make a lot of changes to my peripheral setup as there were issues with my kvm switch going from my old MacBook to this one so just be mindful of your peripheral compatibility when upgrading.
