battery bad
the battery was bad in this phone and they charged me a restocking fee. Really unhappy with their decision to charge me a restocking fee when the issue was on their end.

overall these are really good phones
had to send back because the battery didn't stay charged very long. great seller though, gave me a refund. i know people who have these and they say these are very durable, easy to use, small enough to fit in your pocket, and overall just a really good value for your money. I was just buying a refurbished phone that must have still had a bad battery.

Durable build, but battery issue after 2 months
Ordered this to replace several year old phone. Battery stopped working g in 2 months & phone wouldn’t turn on. Customer service was good, sent out new battery which solved the problem and it worked perfectly. Durable phone.

My husband will only carry a flip phone. This one has survived being dropped and rough handling. I recommend it to anyone looking for a sturdy reliable phone.

Cell Phone Can Be Unlocked - Just Contact Seller
Bottom Line: For those wanting phone unlocked, reach out and email the seller to get the unlock code!Details:So I was concerned when I got the phone and tried to unlock via AT&T website. I got denied (I don't use AT&T service, I use a T-Mobile MVNO). Reading the policy on AT&T, it says there is a 60-day waiting period and I got concerned. I started the return process on Amazon. However, the seller reached out to me when I started the return and gave me the unlock code. It worked immediately (same day I received the phone). I must say I was really impressed with seller Whiz Cells 2. Great customer service.

Kyocera is the #1 manufacture our there for flip phones!
The media could not be loaded. I had a Kyocera E4710 and this phone is even better. I will be upgrading all my company's E4710. Expect an order for 46 more. Thanks
