Q: Are these made from the "hard" (stiff) or "soft" (zip-lock bag) style material?

These are soft sleeves, like zip lock bag material. Toploaders are rigid plastic, like a credit card.

Q: How many postcards fit in each sleeve?

These are single sleeves so one in each or 2 back to back. I prefer the 8x10 sheets which can fit more depending on size of card. These pages can hold from 3 to 5 of double back to back. Betty

Q: Do the sleeves have pockets for individual postcards? Does the full sleeve fit in a standard size 3 ring binder?

no this sleeve does not fit into the 3 ring binders. yes we offer different size pages that hold either 3 or 4 postcards for the binders. thanks

These were just barely too small for what I had needed them for, but they still work for a few other smaller things I don't want to put in larger sleeves.
