Hestan - OvenBond Collection - Tri-ply Quarter Sheet Pan with Rack

As a seasoned cook I can truly appreciate the outstanding quality. The weight is perfectly balanced. It still amazes me that stainless steel this quality cleans up as easy as any high end non-stick cookware that I own, including the rack. It's a perfect size when cooking for two (or one) with fast even heating and absolutely no warping. If you're into asparagus, this size using the rack perfectly holds one bunch of asparagus for roasting.

These are beautiful! I have a small oven, so the largest size wouldn’t work. I thought these might be too small to be useful, but because of their size I find myself using them in all sorts of ways I had never thought of. Can’t recommend highly enough. I do wish they were a little less expensive. A splurge for cookie sheets.

Even though the price is high but I like this item. Very good quality and easy to clean. Just want they have bigger size then I can buy another one.

I love it. I never realized until recently the hazards of using aluminum baking sheets. This fits my Breville Smart Oven Pro perfectly. I wish Hestan made one like this in 2/3 size for my primary oven...

Worth every penny.Lovely to look at, perfect size for many tasks, and so far has been warp-free.Does a nice job of roasting veggies. Very close to cast iron, but much lighter.If you want a 100% safe pan, this is the best I've seen.

I couldn’t fit the Hestan 1/4 sheet in my air fryer which cost less than the pan. I decided to bend the handles but, nope, that was not happening, this pan is too awesome for that. Then I decided to cut the handles off, which was not easy because this pan is built like a truck. Anyway its done here are photos. This is a good pan

The size of this is very small and meant for a toaster oven not a full size oven for more than one person. I ordered 3 stainless baking sheets of a larger size through another company and paid a fraction of the price.Not worth the price
