Unfortunately as we get older the old poo gets stuck in the departure lounge. This enema is the cure. It fits my standard shower pipe, set temperature and pressure before use, use a little lube, pop it gently in, after about 20 seconds withdraw, hold in for as long as comfortable, you'll know when, sit on the khazi and explode. The small nozzle is for a blockage in the terminus of the rectum, follow up with the larger if required. The larger can be used for vaginal irrigation also. There was no cut off valve with my kit but they can be bought seperately if required.

Bought this to replace a metal one to avoid rust. It’s good, not as good as the metal one as the water flow into the product isn’t quite as strong in terms of the flow. But it’s good enough. Takes a little longer to get the cleaning done for some cheeky Bum fun with my girl. But it does what it says it does.

My number twos tend to set up camp in the departure lounge, and remain in residence for about 3 days on average, which is quite painful. They only usually emerge when the area has become so packed, that it's standing room only. This little plastic (so won't rust) device is very effective at sluicing them out. Just replace the shower head with this item, use a little vaseline or similar, and shove it up your jacksie, having previously set the tap for a gentle flow of warm water. Leave it up there for maybe 5-10 seconds (you'll know when it's time to pull it out!), sit on the toilet and wait for the eruption.

This felt really rough to touch and tinny...like it was an attachment to help erect a tent at a festival, not to help with personal hygeine....looked and felt like it should live in the shed, not the bathroom
