Bought this item thinking it would be suitable for continuous drainage with a Meaco DD8 dehumidifier. The external diameter of the tube means it won’t fit readily through the hole in the upper part of the drainage reservoir without severe distortion of the tubing and the diameter is too large to ensure that it fits on the spigot without leakage

Measured where it wanted to be before ordering, when it came it was way too big
