Worn for months and never able to see any actual improvement but uncomfortable. For the price, not worth it.

I had high hopes for these insoles. Sadly, they did not do anything for me except all ten of my toes go completely numb after about 2 miles. They did relieve a little of the pain I had in other areas of my feet but as I said, the numb toes kill it for me. I still powered through and completed a few workouts with them, just to be sure (and yes, I "broke them in" first) but each time the same result. Numb toes. Happy they work so well for others. I am still on the hunt. I may have to break down and get professional insoles.

Daughter used them in her basketball shoes and really liked them. Maybe we just got a bad batch. Will likely try another pair one more time.
