It is all right, standard quality make and we should not say more or less about it. I never found one pill which would stuck in my throat,so there it is,saying more. 😅It serves my heavy metal detoxing and I am glad I have found a potency of 300 mg. Thanks!

I saw the other review and thought I should chip in. I use these primarily for blood sugar regulation - partly for my hypoglycemia but also as part of a supplement regime that aids in weight loss through blood sugar regulation. The supplement works great on both counts.

I use this product as one of many whilst I am in the middle of training. I am finding positive changes within my body. So the program i am on is working. it is a reasonably priced product compared to whats out there. As with all supplement make sure you are using as park of a balanced diet. they are supplements not replacements :)

I have used the exact same product but 600mg version for almost 4 months to help control my glucose levels. They worked within 3 days. Due to the pandemic, the 600mg version was out of stock, so I bought these the 300mg version.I thought by taking 2 times 300mg's it would add up to the 600mg I need. Since taking this 300mg version my blood sugars have rocketed and the ALA is having no effect. In fact, I can also tell by the smell of the urine there is something not right with this tablet. With the 600mg version you could smell it in the urine, with the 300mg there is no smell. This has to be a dud batch. I just noticed somebody else having the exact same problem. This bottle is going back and I have re-ordered the 600mg version which I hope will be okay.Let us hope they haven't altered the formula of both versions of this tablet. Not recommended.Update: ordered the 600mg new version (restock) and they also had no effect. Something has gone wrong with this formula and I am now avoiding this prodct no matter how Mg's it has.

First time user, as I read this helps recycle other antioxidants, so when I take other supplements they seem more effective. Also a bit more sustained energy throughout the day
