Q: how long is the battery life?

Although you can install 3 AA batteries there is no need because you can purchase a 4.5V DC cable which obviates the need for batteries and it will run from mains power. I have purchased this cable so I have not needed to run it using batteries.

Q: My product has stopped working

Mine was leaking so can’t switch it on anymore

Q: why does it not light up

It does light up , if you have one and it doesn’t light up you should send it back for a replacement or refund
